What would a WNBA Expansion Team look like in Milwaukee, WI? With multiple houses across Wisconsin and two in Milwaukee, Wright has made his mark in the Midwest. Designed to emmulate Frank Lloyd Wright’s architectural design style, the team is inspired by his sturdy lines, his primary color blocking and the way he looked at shapes within the world.

The jerseys were made to play off of the stained glass features that Wright had in the homes that he built, while keeping in mind that the team needed both a light and dark jersey set. The rebel jersey was inspired by Wright’s organic architecture theory and the way he used the landscape to influence his designs. His design plans of Falling Water can be found on the side pannels of the jersey.
